Westcon‑Comstor has named Olya Scekaturova as Vice President of Regional Sales for the UK and Ireland, strengthening its European sales organisation under a unified operating model.
The distributor said the appointment will support accelerated growth in UKI, deepen partner and vendor engagement and drive consistent sales execution across its Westcon and Comstor businesses, which now operate under a single integrated structure.
Scekaturova joins from Black Box, where she served as Vice President for UKI and Europe, following earlier leadership roles at Computacenter and Insight Enterprises. With more than 15 years’ experience in sales and technology services, she has led transformation programmes, delivered sustained revenue growth and built large, high‑performing teams. She is also a certified change management practitioner, multiple channel award winner and STEM Ambassador.
In her new role, Scekaturova will report to Stéphane Reboud, Senior Vice President, Sales, Europe, whose reshaped regional leadership team is now complete. John Nolan becomes Senior Director, Vendor Sales, supporting the unified UKI operation.
Westcon‑Comstor said its single European operating model provides clearer ownership, coordinated coverage and improved visibility of opportunities for partners, while vendors gain a consistent route to market across technologies and geographies. The move marks the most significant step so far in the distributor’s reinvigorated go‑to‑market strategy, introduced following Reboud’s appointment last year.
“I’m excited to join Westcon‑Comstor at such an important point in its journey,” Scekaturova said. “My priority is to ensure we support partners in capturing high‑margin, repeatable and lifecycle‑led opportunities while enabling vendors to accelerate their channel‑led growth.”
Reboud added: “Olya’s clear focus on execution and operational excellence made her the outstanding candidate for this role. UKI is one of our most important markets, and Olya and her team have the capability and mindset to drive the next phase of growth.”
