Dropzone AI has confirmed a new partnership with QBS Software that will see the distributor bring the company’s Agentic SOC to MSSPs and VARs throughout EMEA. The agreement centres on Dropzone AI’s AI SOC Analyst, an autonomous agent that investigates alerts end to end, 24/7, and is already deployed at more than 300 organisations.
The Agentic SOC combines a team of AI agents that collaborate to execute detection and response at machine scale. At its core is the AI SOC Analyst, which examines every alert across the existing security stack, delivers an evidence-backed verdict, and escalates confirmed threats to human analysts. Dropzone AI continues to expand this agent team with specialised capabilities across the detection and response lifecycle.
For VARs, the agreement introduces a new way to support organisations operating in-house SOCs. Through QBS’ partner network, customers can deploy Dropzone AI to accelerate investigations, reduce false positives, and ease alert fatigue. The agents work continuously across existing SIEM, SOAR, EDR and case management tools, giving analysts autonomous support without replacing current investments.
The companies say the partnership will help organisations respond to increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks and growing alert volumes. Dropzone AI’s autonomous investigations shorten the path from alert to response and reduce the overload that leaves threats waiting in the queue. MSSPs gain capacity and service quality improvements, while VARs can help customers strengthen investigation consistency and close temporary skills gaps.
Bringing Dropzone AI into the QBS ecosystem supports different customer operating models, including managed SOC delivery, co-managed services and in-house security operations. Both companies expect the agreement to broaden channel opportunities across EMEA and help partners deliver measurable security outcomes.
Brett Candon, VP of International at Dropzone AI, said security teams are under pressure to scale operations and meet stringent SLAs while maintaining resilience against rising alert volumes. He said the partnership will help MSSPs improve profitability and enable VARs to support customers moving from “alert chaos to incident focus”.
Tom Corrigan, Chief Revenue Officer at QBS Software, said the partnership strengthens QBS’ security portfolio with autonomous AI SOC capabilities that address a real challenge across the channel. He added that MSSPs need efficient ways to scale SOC services, while VARs require differentiated solutions that help customers modernise in-house operations.
