Effective 1 July, HP has named Mark Davitt as its new UK&I Channel Director, succeeding Neil MacDonald, who has been appointed Vice President and General Manager for HP’s Commercial Channel business in the US.
MacDonald’s move follows more than five years leading HP’s UK&I Channel organisation, during which he strengthened partner relationships, supported commercial performance and advanced initiatives including HP Amplify. HP said it remains committed to its UK&I channel business and partner ecosystem as he transitions to his new role.
Davitt brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience, including 13 years at HP across senior roles in Commercial and Consumer channels and End User. His background spans PC & Attach, Print, Supplies, Managed Services and Contractual Services, giving him broad insight into HP’s channel and customer landscape.
For the past five years, he has led HP UK&I Retail Channel, driving premium growth, deepening retailer partnerships and delivering milestones such as the launch of HP’s Omni branding and achieving world‑leading Tank share.
Commenting on his appointment, Davitt said: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of UK&I Channel Sales Director at such an exciting time for our business and our partners. The channel remains central to HP’s success, and I look forward to building on the strong relationships we have across the market, supporting our partners’ growth ambitions, and continuing to deliver value for customers together.”
