Zyxel Networks has launched a campaign to help smaller IT partners offer cybersecurity by making protection easier to sell, configure, and manage. The initiative is designed for installers and SME-focused resellers with limited in‑house expertise, addressing concerns that security remains complex and resource‑intensive.
The company says the need for accessible protection is growing, with the UK government’s Cyber security breaches survey 2025/2026 reporting that 43% of businesses experienced an incident in the past year. Domestic users are also increasingly targeted through vulnerabilities in smart home devices.
Kevin Drinkall, Senior Marketing Director at Zyxel Networks, said partners who install CCTV, smart home systems and networks are now expected to provide cybersecurity guidance, but many remain cautious due to perceived complexity and risk. He said Zyxel aims to make protection straightforward, enabling partners to offer unified threat management and managed services without additional training or on‑site configuration.
Zyxel’s USG FLEX H appliances, Nebula cloud management platform, and AI‑driven security features form the campaign’s core. Nebula’s pre‑configuration and auto‑install tools let partners set up devices before deployment, with ongoing monitoring and management handled remotely. All devices include the base Nebula service, with a Pro licence available for a fee.
The campaign will show partners how to incorporate security into their existing offer through a five‑step guide and rapid cloud‑based deployment, creating opportunities for recurring revenue while improving customer protection. Zyxel says its goal is to make cybersecurity accessible to every partner, regardless of size or technical capability.
