Zyxel Networks has rolled out Nebula 20.10, introducing new identity‑based access controls and clearer network visibility tools designed to help MSPs and mid‑sized businesses streamline routine administration and reduce time spent on manual fixes.
The update enables admins to integrate Nebula Control Center with third‑party identity providers including Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Okta, allowing employees to use existing workplace credentials for WiFi and VPN access. Passkey support has also been added for Nebula Cloud Authentication Server accounts to cut password reset requests and strengthen protection against credential‑phishing attacks.
For MSPs managing multiple customers, Nebula now offers centralised event logs and an expanded network topology view that shows real‑time device connections alongside configurations such as VLAN segmentation and link aggregation. A new one‑click device replacement feature automatically transfers configurations and licences to new hardware, helping reduce downtime during upgrades.
