Zyxel partners BroadbandBuyer to expand SMB installer reach

Zyxel Networks has appointed BroadbandBuyer as a UK distribution partner to strengthen its presence in the SMB installer and managed services provider (MSP) market. The collaboration aims to extend access to Zyxel’s full portfolio of networking solutions, including WiFi access points, switches, firewalls, and 5G routers.

BroadbandBuyer will also promote adoption of Zyxel’s Nebula cloud platform, which enables partners to remotely monitor, configure, and manage networks at scale. By supporting zero-touch deployment and centralised visibility, Nebula helps MSPs reduce site visits, lower costs, and streamline service delivery.

Rachel Rothwell, Senior Director at Zyxel Networks, commented: “BroadbandBuyer is a well-known and established expert distributor of networking products in the UK, with a focus on installers and MSPs serving the needs of the SMB market. That aligns perfectly with Zyxel Networks’ focus on delivering enterprise networking products at affordable prices.”

Oliver Essame, Managing Director at BroadbandBuyer, added: “Nebula presents a whole new world of potential for partners to expand their services proposition and deliver more value to SMB customers. We look forward to working with the Zyxel Networks UK team to bring new partners on board.”

BroadbandBuyer will stock Zyxel’s full range, including 13 WiFi 7 access points, the USG-FLEX firewall series, multi-gigabit managed switches, and 5G routers. The distributor will also support partner recruitment into Zyxel’s channel programme, which rewards both product sales and managed services growth.

With a customer base of around 20,000 and a catalogue of over 11,000 networking and storage products, BroadbandBuyer brings significant reach into the UK installer and MSP community. The company has operated as an employee-owned trust since 2002.
