TD Synnex agrees deal to acquire BlueStar

TD Synnex has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire specialist distributor BlueStar, aiming to broaden its technology portfolio and deepen support for channel partners. The move brings together BlueStar’s expertise in AIDC, operational technology, mobility, RFID, point‑of‑sale, digital signage, networking, robotics and security with TD Synnex’s global scale and resources.

The companies said the proposed transaction, which remains subject to regulatory approval, is expected to expand opportunities for customers and vendors by combining BlueStar’s specialised knowledge with TD Synnex’s international reach. Leaders from both organisations emphasised continuity for partners throughout the review process, with each business continuing to operate independently until completion.
