Samsung Galaxy XR headset available through TD Synnex

TD Synnex has added the Samsung Galaxy XR mixed reality headset to its portfolio, giving partners in the UK and Ireland access to the high‑resolution device along with the distributor’s established XR market expertise and support services.

The agreement builds on the existing relationship between TD Synnex and Samsung, enabling solutions providers to draw on TD Synnex’s business development resources, technical guidance and logistics capabilities to expand opportunities in design, manufacturing, training, simulation and digital twinning.

James Reed, vice president, Endpoint Solutions, UK and Ireland, TD Synnex, said the addition strengthens the distributor’s XR offering, highlighting potential in sectors such as design, manufacturing, healthcare and the wider public sector.

The Samsung Galaxy XR features dual 4K micro‑OLED displays, the Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 processor, spatial audio, and precise eye and hand tracking. Developed with Google and Qualcomm, it runs on the Android XR platform and is designed for demanding rendering, immersive training and real‑world environment simulation.

The headset is available immediately to TD Synnex partners. Additional benefits are offered through the Samsung One Partner programme.
