Climb Channel Solutions UK (Climb) has signed a sole distribution agreement for the UK and Ireland with IGEL, a global leader in secure endpoint OS solutions.
Climb and IGEL have partnered since 2016, beginning with distribution through DataSolutions, the Dublin-based distributor acquired by Climb in 2023. After demonstrating a unique ability to generate leads and grow the addressable market for IGEL in the UK and Ireland, Climb has now been awarded sole distribution rights.
This partnership combines Climb’s UK and Ireland heritage, reach, and deep channel expertise with IGEL’s market-leading secure endpoint OS for enterprises. Designed for secure browsers, SaaS, DaaS, and VDI, IGEL OS delivers a best-in-class user experience that is seamless to manage, saving money, fuelling growth, advancing sustainability, and driving organisations forward. IGEL OS adopts a Zero Trust approach to security, which helps to deliver a seamless workspace on any device and caters for hybrid working models.
Brian Davis, VP sales UK and Ireland, Climb, commented: “We are very pleased to strengthen our partnership with IGEL, an organisation we have collaborated with for nearly a decade. We have proven the demand for IGEL’s solutions across the UK and Ireland for a number of years, and with this sole distribution agreement now in place, we will be able to build on the momentum we have created. IGEL is a strategic tier one vendor for Climb, and our dedicated and experienced IGEL team will continue to support partners to deliver long-term business growth.”
“Our relationship with DataSolutions and now Climb is one that has consistently enabled IGEL to grow across the UK and Ireland, and that is why we have made the decision to engage on a sole basis,” said Justin Thorogood, director channel sales, IGEL. “IGEL’s focus is on further expanding our engagement with the UK and Irish channel, and in Climb we have the perfect partner to make that happen.”
