Distributor Exertis Micro-P has appointed Paul Lomas in its bid to become the distribution leader in the supply of Large Format Displays (LFD).
Lomas will head up the firm’s Large Format and Signage product portfolio, which Exertis Micro-P says will further bolster its support to its AV reseller channel.
"With the AV market in professional and touch screen displays set to grow significantly into 2014, Exertis Micro-P is determined to capitalise on this growth to become the distribution leader in the supply of LFD," said the company in a statement.
Lomas has spent the last ten years of his career at TV and Video Direct. Seven of those years were as Commercial Operations Manager and then Head of Operations. His main focus was on the supply and installation of all AV products into a wide variety of business sectors.
Exertis Micro-P delivers a host of professional AV products, including projectors, TFT, large format displays and accessories, as well as dedicated technical support and installation services.
Lomas said: "I’m looking forward to working to develop Micro-P’s already successful relationships with our vendor partners even further and to nurture and grow relationships with new vendors. The next year looks to be an exciting time in the AV industry with a range of innovative new products and solutions coming into play, so we aim to help and support our channel to grow their businesses even further."
