Exertis Enterprise has confirmed its continued independence and strategic focus on specialist distribution, following the announcement by DCC Technology of the sale of Exertis UK & Ireland and its subsidiaries to Aurelius.
Exertis Enterprise remains outside of the transaction and will continue operating as an integral division within DCC Technology, committed to delivering outcome-driven solutions across servers, storage, components, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
