Westcon-Comstor has opened a new flagship office in central London, marking a significant investment in the UK and creating a regional hub for partners, vendors and employees across Europe.
The 6,000-plus sq ft workspace, located at St Martin’s Le Grand near St Paul’s Cathedral, brings the distributor into its own London premises for the first time. The company previously shared space in the city with parent firm Datatec.
Designed to support hybrid working, the site includes a 22-seat boardroom, flexible training and meeting facilities, breakout areas and hot-desking zones. It will act as the centrepiece of Westcon-Comstor’s European operations while strengthening its ability to convene channel partners and technology vendors in one of the world’s leading business centres.
Sustainability features include a high-efficiency heat pump system, LED lighting with occupancy controls, demand-controlled fresh-air distribution and extensive cycling, and shower and locker facilities to encourage lower-impact commuting. The office occupies part of a landmark building dating back to 1925, combining contemporary workplace design with the heritage of the surrounding commercial district.
Westcon-Comstor employs more than 500 people across the UK, with established sites in Bracknell, Cirencester and Swindon. Rebura, the AWS cloud consultancy acquired in 2024, continues to operate from its own London premises in Hatton Garden.
“London remains one of the world’s most important technology and business hubs, making this a strategic investment for Westcon-Comstor,” said David Grant, CEO at Westcon-Comstor. “As our business continues to evolve and grow, it’s essential that we have a dedicated space that reflects our ambitions and brings together employees, partners, vendors and other stakeholders in an environment designed for collaboration and innovation. This move represents a long-term commitment to the UK market, to our channel ecosystem and to creating meaningful opportunities for connection, engagement and growth.”
