Air IT Group has introduced a new suite of AI services to help SMEs make clearer, outcome‑led decisions about AI adoption and investment.
The expanded offering moves beyond Microsoft Copilot to include AI Accelerator workshops, a new Air Agent Marketplace, bespoke agent development and AI Managed Services. Together, these services are designed to help organisations identify where AI can deliver the greatest value, build a structured strategy and progress from experimentation to real‑world execution.
Air IT Group says the initiative addresses the growing ‘AI Decision Gap’, where businesses feel pressure to adopt AI without a clear understanding of the outcomes they want to achieve or which opportunities to prioritise.
At the centre of the launch is the Air Agent Marketplace, a portfolio of ready‑to‑deploy AI agents built around proven use cases. Each agent can be configured to an organisation’s data, processes and governance requirements before being deployed within its Microsoft environment. For more specialised needs, Air IT Group offers full bespoke agent development and ongoing management.
The approach is shaped by Air IT Group’s own three‑year Automation & AI journey as “Customer Zero”, applying AI across its operations as it works towards becoming AI Native.
Lee Johnson, CTO at Air IT Group, said: “AI has the potential to be a major productivity driver for SMEs, but only if businesses can move from interest and experimentation to focused execution. Many organisations know AI matters, but they need help deciding where to start, what to prioritise and how to turn the opportunity into measurable business value.”
Early adopters include Colchester Global Investors, which has completed an AI Accelerator engagement and is now developing an RFP and DDQ agent to reduce time spent on repetitive questionnaire responses.
Air IT Group’s new AI services are available to SMEs across the UK from today. More information is available at https://www.airit.co.uk/services/data-ai/ai-solutions/.
