Pax8 launches partnership with NinjaOne

Pax8 has formed a global partnership with NinjaOne to give MSPs and managed intelligence providers wider access to unified IT operations and security tooling as demand for AI‑ready infrastructure continues to rise.

The agreement will see Pax8 introduce partners to NinjaOne when they are evaluating remote monitoring and management or broader IT operations platforms. NinjaOne will manage the customer lifecycle for referred partners, while Pax8 focuses on identifying opportunities and providing strategic guidance.

Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8, said the collaboration is intended to give partners greater flexibility in how they build their service stack and to ensure they can align technology choices with business goals. The move follows NinjaOne’s 2025 acquisition of Dropsuite, which already works with Pax8, and reflects growing demand for consolidated tooling among MSPs.

Pax8 said the partnership is designed to streamline introductions and accelerate conversations between MSPs, MIPs and NinjaOne’s team. Canalys has identified NinjaOne as one of the fastest‑growing vendors in the RMM market, and Pax8 noted that SMBs remain disproportionately targeted by cyber attacks. Research from Pax8 Pulse indicates that 84% of small businesses would trust an external advisor to help implement AI, highlighting the expanding role of MSPs in guiding technology adoption.

Erzan Uygur, VP of Strategy and Operations at NinjaOne, said the company’s priority is to make it easier for MSPs to adopt tools that support customer success and business growth. The partnership is now active across North America, EMEA and APAC, with regional contacts in place to support local engagement.
