Lenovo updates Lenovo 360 to simplify partner growth

Lenovo has introduced new enhancements to Lenovo 360, its global channel framework, aimed at giving partners a clearer and more predictable path to growth.

The company is streamlining its tier structure, moving partners through Authorized, Gold, and Platinum levels based on revenue growth, skills, and accreditations. A refreshed Lenovo 360 Partner Hub will offer real‑time visibility into performance and progression.

From 13 April, Lenovo will also launch Lenovo 360 for Services, a pathway designed to help partners build recurring, services‑led business models. It includes ready‑to‑sell services, hybrid cloud and AI solutions, and Lenovo TruScale as‑a‑service offerings.

Lenovo is expanding its Managed Service Provider (MSP) pathway to new regions, including the UK & Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, Brazil, Mexico, and Australia, after strong global adoption. The programme is expected to exceed $100 million in revenue this year.

In April, Lenovo will also roll out Lenovo 360 Tech Connect, a global technical community offering training, resources, and expert engagement to help partners deliver more complex solutions.
