QBS Software has appointed Stephanie Kayser as Vice President, Western Europe. In her new role, Kayser will oversee operations across QBS France, QBS Italia, QBS Iberia and QBS Benelux, with a remit to accelerate regional growth and strengthen engagement with vendors and resellers.
Kayser will report to Tom Corrigan, Chief Revenue Officer of QBS Technology Group, and will focus on driving consistent execution and performance across Western Europe. The appointment comes as QBS pursues ambitious expansion targets, including surpassing $1 billion in software revenues and growing its workforce beyond 500 employees. The company plans to increase headcount by 18% in 2026 across commercial, operational and technical functions to support this next phase of development.
Dave Stevinson, CEO of QBS Software, said: “Western Europe is central to our strategy and is home to many of our most strategic vendor relationships, as well as some of the most sophisticated channel ecosystems in the world. Stephanie brings the leadership, operational discipline and partner‑focused mindset we value at QBS, and she will play a key role in strengthening our execution across France, Benelux, Italy and Iberia. I’m delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Commenting on her appointment, Kayser said: “I’m delighted to join QBS Technology Group at such an exciting stage in the company’s growth. Western Europe is a dynamic and diverse region, with significant opportunities for both vendors and channel partners. My focus will be on strengthening our partner ecosystem, enhancing operational excellence and ensuring we deliver scalable, value‑driven solutions that help our vendors and resellers grow.”
Kayser’s appointment follows continued expansion across EMEA, with QBS investing in both talent and its software delivery platform to meet the evolving needs of vendors, resellers and the wider channel ecosystem.
