TP-Link UK & Ireland has promoted Ben Allcock to Vice President – B2B UK & Ireland, where he will lead the direction, sales, technical, and commercial execution of TP-Link’s B2B operations, building on 40% year-on-year growth and overseeing a 35-strong team, the largest B2B unit TP-Link has in Europe.
Previously Sales Director UK&I, Allcock has played a central role in TP-Link’s infrastructure expansion, including the opening of its 120,000 sq ft warehouse in Newbury, which boosted storage capacity by 50% and improved delivery performance.
“It’s a privilege to be in a position where I can positively influence the direction of the business,” said Allcock. “TP-Link is going from strength to strength in the UK&I region, and it’s an exciting time to be part of this journey. I’m proud to lead and be part of such a high-calibre and motivated team.
“Our partners are at the heart of everything we do, from product development to service delivery, and we’re committed to growing together through trust, collaboration, and shared success.”
Allcock brings over 25 years of experience in sales, strategy, and leadership across the UK&I and EMEA tech sectors, including senior roles at Netgear and Channel Solutions. He joined TP-Link in 2011 and has since built enduring relationships across the supply chain.
“Ben’s promotion is a reflection of his outstanding leadership and the results he’s delivered,” said Nelson Qiao, Managing Director at TP-Link UK&I. “His deep understanding of the market, combined with his passion for building strong partner relationships, makes him the ideal person to lead our B2B business into its next phase of growth.”
Looking ahead, Allcock will focus on team empowerment, customer experience, and partner collaboration. With continued investment in talent and innovation, TP-Link is positioned to deliver scalable, trusted networking and security solutions tailored to the evolving needs of UK and Irish SMEs.
