Agilitas IT Solutions, has launched a new Online Partner Resource Hub providing a variety of resources, information and knowledge.
The latest sales collateral will be provided through presentations, videos, service documents, email templates and industry insight articles and reports.
The hub will keep a record of previously downloaded documents and give instant access to the latest service propositions.
Shaun Lynn, CEO of Agilitas, said: “At a time when remote access to online resources is so important, we couldn’t be more excited to unveil our information-rich content hub designed specifically for our channel partners. It will enable Agilitas to have a wider reach across our channel partner network and offers another way to communicate our latest service developments with all partners at the same time.”
Not only will partners be able to download documents instantly; there will also be a feature allowing these documents to be previewed beforehand in a very familiar e-commerce style interface, making the process more efficient and enabling the hub to cater to their specific needs. Teams of all sizes can access the services due to the multiple user accounts available per channel partner, and each user dashboard will be personalised for an engaging customer experience.
