A new EMEA channel programme has been launched by eFax in a bid to strengthen support for channel partners and customers to accelerate digital transformation across Europe. This will provide EMEA channel partners access to a broader range of valuable services and resources to help them generate new revenue opportunities while delivering valuable online fax solutions to support customers’ digital transformation initiatives throughout the EMEA region.
The programme offers a range of tools designed to support partners including Telco, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaas), Managed Services, System Integrators and Healthcare providers to deliver Cloud faxing platforms to their customers which creates a more extensive network of highly engaged partners. The programme helps eFax channel partners with valuable Cloud faxing platforms, services and consulting needed to accelerate the move to Cloud based fax communications, as part of digital transformation initiatives to ensure the performance of business-critical applications and operations.
Key benefits
Key benefits of the programme for partners include the ability to access and provide eFax expertise and services in hosted Unified Communications as a Service (UCaas) and hosted Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems. Partners can scale-up their Cloud Communications expertise and ensure customers can innovate for the future, by moving from Fax Machines and on-Premise Servers to the Cloud and ensure HIPAA / HiTrust security compliance.
