Midwich celebrates 30-year partnership with Brother

Midwich and Brother have reached a 30-year partnership milestone.

Midwich began as a distributor of PC components in 1979, before moving to a trade-only business model in the 80s. Brother was the very first print vendor to sign with the distributor.

Phil Jones, managing director at Brother UK, commented: “We’re proud of the strong relationship we have with Midwich, and reaching this 30 year milestone is credit to the employees of Midwich and Brother UK who have maintained the partnership over the years.”

Midwich has also announced that it has partnered with Peavey Commercial Audio and will distribute the company’s Architectural Acoustics, Crest Audio, MediaMatrix and Peavey sound reinforcement lines.

Peavey Commercial Audio’s operations manager, James Kennedy, said: “Our partnership with the Midwich Group is an important move for Peavey Commercial Audio in the UK. Midwich, with its RW Salt division, brings an extensive customer base within sectors spanning houses of worship, nightclubs, corporate AV, retail through to arenas. Midwich is perfectly placed to help us expand our reach and visibility into these and many other vertical markets.”
