Midwich has officially unveiled a refreshed experience centre within its 50,000sqft Innovation House. The enhanced space showcases the latest solutions and offers immersive, interactive experiences across LED, image processing, workplace technologies, residential AV, home cinema, pro audio, lighting, security, rental fleet, and events.
Since opening in 2021, the Bracknell-based centre has welcomed more than 3,000 visitors annually. Building on that success, the latest update introduces new technologies and spaces – including a fully equipped content creation studio enabling partners to produce, record and broadcast professional content.
Tyrone Zagnoiev, experience centre manager at Midwich, said: “Innovation House is more than just a showroom – it’s one of the few places in the country where you can experience the very latest technologies from across the entire AV industry. It embodies our commitment to taking technology further, enabling tomorrow, and bringing people together.”
The refreshed centre features enhanced technology zones designed to inspire and educate, including:
- Drone Zone with projection mapping demonstrations
- Microsoft Teams Signature area powered by Copilot, showcasing AI-enabled collaboration
- UC&C Room with complete setups from Ashton Bentley
- Command and Control area with Drone Command technology
- Retail Zone with interactive projection mapping
- Pixel Pitch learning area by Absen
- A newly designed stage area for live presentations and training.
The update also introduces X2O One Room, enabling remote participants to join events and training sessions in real time, and a new XR Production Zone, setting a benchmark for immersive technology experiences.
