Midwich appoints Zagnoiev to lead customer experience

AV distributor Midwich has appointed Tyrone Zagnoiev as Experience Centre Manager at Innovation House, its flagship technology showcase facility in Bracknell.

In his new role, Zagnoiev will oversee the day-to-day operations of Innovation House, driving customer engagement through hands-on demonstrations, curated events, and strategic marketing initiatives. He will also work closely with UK&I group partners to highlight emerging technologies and strengthen the Midwich brand.

Zagnoiev joins from Jabra, bringing extensive experience in customer experience management and AV solutions. His appointment coincides with a major refresh of Innovation House.
