Epson expands business printer line with new flagship A3 inkjet MFP

Epson has added a new high‑end model to its business printer portfolio with the launch of the WorkForce Enterprise AM‑C10000, a 100ppm A3 colour line inkjet MFP designed for high‑speed, high‑volume office environments. The device extends the AM series and maintains the same interface and solutions support across the range, reinforcing Epson’s push toward inkjet over laser in managed print fleets.

The AM‑C10000 uses Epson’s Heat‑Free line inkjet technology, cutting energy use and reducing consumable waste. Epson says the model delivers up to 93% lower energy consumption than comparable laser MFPs, with a TEC value of 0.30kWh. Print speeds reach 100ppm in both simplex and duplex, with scan speeds up to 120ipm. High‑capacity trays, high‑yield cartridges and optional finishing – including stapling, hole punching, saddle stitching and an A3 high‑capacity feeder – support centralised, low‑intervention workflows. Optional SRA3 capability extends media flexibility.

Jose Sanandres, Epson Europe, said IT teams “are always visible when devices are down or energy targets are missed”, adding that the AM‑C10000 is designed to maintain performance while using significantly less power and requiring fewer interventions.

The device supports Epson and third‑party print management and workflow tools for installation, security, fleet monitoring and remote services. A dedicated RIP solution is planned for release in summer to support advanced workflows.
