Epson has added a new flagship model to its business printer portfolio with the launch of the WorkForce Enterprise AM‑C10000, a colour A3 line inkjet MFP aimed at high‑speed, high‑volume office environments.
The device delivers print speeds of 100 pages per minute in both simplex and duplex, alongside scan speeds of up to 120 images per minute. Epson says the model is designed to reduce user intervention through high‑capacity paper trays, high‑yield ink cartridges and optional finishing tools including stapling, hole punching, saddle stitching and an A3 high‑capacity feeder. Optional SRA3 support is also available for more demanding media requirements.
The AM‑C10000 uses Epson’s Heat‑Free line inkjet technology, which removes heat from the print process to lower energy consumption and reduce waste. The company reports a Typical Energy Consumption (TEC) of 0.30 kWh, equating to up to 93% lower energy use than comparable laser MFPs.
Jose Sanandres, Epson Europe, said the model was developed to give IT teams a centralised A3 device that maintains high performance while using significantly less power and requiring fewer service interventions, helping users stay focused on core tasks.
The AM‑C10000 supports Epson and third‑party print management and workflow solutions for installation, configuration, security, fleet monitoring and remote services. A dedicated RIP software solution is planned for release in the summer to support advanced print workflows.
