Exclaimer has introduced MSP Connect, a new partner programme designed to remove billing and management friction for managed service providers delivering centralised email signature services. The launch forms part of the company’s channel‑first growth strategy, with partners already contributing around 30% of annual recurring revenue and a global ecosystem of roughly 5,000 partners.
The programme replaces fragmented, user‑level signature updates with one centrally managed service across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. MSP Connect combines consumption‑based billing, a redesigned self‑service portal, dedicated channel support and not‑for‑resale licensing, aligning costs with actual customer usage.
Jim Turner, Chief Operating Officer at Exclaimer, said the reset was driven by partner feedback. “MSPs have been clear about what they need from us: a platform that is easy to provision at scale, a commercial model that flexes with their customers and commercial support that helps them grow.”
The programme also expands service opportunities for MSPs, enabling them to add recurring revenue through licence margin, template design, deployment and ongoing management. Louise Taylor, VP of Channel, said operational simplicity was essential. “An MSP is a business within a business. It needs to manage hundreds of customer environments without adding operational drag.”
Features include PSA integrations, centralised self‑service, dedicated account management and fast deployment using directory data. MSPs can also build catalogue‑based signature services and incorporate Exclaimer into wider Microsoft 365 or managed service packages.
For end customers, centralised management ensures brand assets, employee details and legal disclaimers remain consistent across outgoing email without relying on individual users to apply updates.
