Netgear launches Connected Crew for channel partners

Netgear has introduced Connected Crew, a new technical support framework designed to give MSPs, VARs and installers more direct access to its engineering expertise as channel requirements continue to evolve. The service brings partners and their customers into closer contact with Netgear system engineers, peer insights and training resources, with the aim of speeding up issue resolution, reducing downtime and improving deployment efficiency.

Luca Marinelli, Head of Europe at Netgear, said that rapid access to specialist knowledge is becoming increasingly important to business outcomes. He noted that Connected Crew is intended to strengthen operational performance for partners while helping them deliver more reliable, better supported networks to their customers.

Connected Crew is staffed by engineers with deep knowledge across Netgear’s Pro AV, wireless, switching and storage portfolios. The company says this will allow partners to validate design decisions, apply repeatable configurations and reduce the need for repeated site visits. A dedicated peer network will provide access to experienced professionals through discussion forums covering areas from configuration and troubleshooting to securing multi‑site connectivity. Partners will also be able to build closer working relationships with Connected Crew engineers as they become familiar with the specific network architectures used within customer environments.

As partners engage with the service, they can progress through membership tiers and gain benefits including recognition, exclusive event invitations and early access to opportunities such as beta programmes. Netgear positions Connected Crew as a core element of its wider channel strategy, including the Netgear DRIVE Partner Success Program, and says it reflects a commitment to ensuring that Netgear‑powered networks are supported by the expertise required to maximise performance.
