Cato Networks has appointed Tristan Elder as Vice President of EMEA Channel as the company accelerates the expansion of its partner ecosystem across the region.
Elder, a well‑known channel leader, joins from ExtraHop Networks, where he headed the EMEA channel organisation. His earlier career includes a key role in CrowdStrike’s early EMEA leadership team, helping to scale the business during its rapid growth phase. Cato said his experience spans financial services, government and large enterprise accounts, with a track record of building and growing enterprise channel programmes.
The appointment comes as demand for AI security expertise rises across EMEA, with organisations increasingly turning to partners for guidance on governance, risk and the deployment of AI technologies. Cato said its platform gives partners the scale to support customers throughout the full lifecycle of AI‑driven security projects.
Elder said he had already seen strong interest from partners since joining the company, noting that the pace of engagement reflects the momentum of Cato’s channel business. Karl Soderlund, Global Channel Chief at Cato Networks, said Elder’s background in scaling channel operations in high‑growth environments made him a strong fit for the role.
