Sharp Europe used its Inspire Expo 2026 event to set out a consolidated brand strategy and confirm the next phase of its transformation into a broad-based technology and services provider. The company outlined a unified operating model, deeper integration across its business units and new investments designed to strengthen its position in the European B2B market.
The event marked the first full public showing of Sharp’s ‘One Sharp’ framework, which brings IT services, AV technologies, workplace solutions and document systems under a single strategic direction. According to President Joe Tomota, the shift reflects five years of structural change across the organisation, including acquisitions, portfolio expansion and the integration of previously separate business units. “We have deliberately transformed our business,” he said. “Now, under One Sharp, we are bringing everything together to serve businesses in a more holistic way.”
A central announcement was the launch of Sharp DX, the new umbrella brand for the company’s European IT services operations. Sharp DX consolidates teams from Complete IT in the UK, ITpoint in Switzerland and Apsia across France, Spain and Italy, creating a 500‑strong services organisation with capabilities spanning cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, digital workplace support and AI‑enabled solutions. The company also confirmed a forthcoming NIS2 compliance service and a Kubernetes offering scheduled for spring 2026, aimed at organisations with stringent data sovereignty and regulatory requirements.
To support this expanded services model, Sharp will increase investment in its European Technology Support Centre in Warsaw. The centre, which provides multilingual 24/7 support across the region, is set to double its headcount within two years and relocate to larger premises. Sharp also noted that it has secured all six Microsoft AI designations, positioning the business to deliver more advanced cloud and AI projects.
Inspire Expo also marked the full integration of Sharp Display Solutions into the wider Sharp Europe organisation. The move brings professional displays, dvLED systems and emerging technologies such as ePaper into the company’s unified portfolio, enabling customers to source AV and IT solutions from a single provider.
For channel partners, Sharp introduced the redesigned SharpOne portal, intended as a central resource for marketing, service and enablement content, alongside an upgraded PartnerShop platform to streamline ordering and transactions.
Tomota closed the event by positioning the announcements as a signal of Sharp’s long-term direction. “The modern platform we have built allows us to scale up and grow our B2B revenue potential in Europe,” he said. “Inspire Expo is a glimpse into what that future looks like for Sharp, its partners and its customers.”
