Westcon-Comstor appoints Reboud as Senior VP, Sales

Westcon-Comstor has promoted Stéphane Reboud to Senior Vice President, Sales for Europe, consolidating its regional sales leadership under a single structure. The move is intended to accelerate growth, strengthen partner enablement, and improve internal collaboration across the distributor’s European operations.

Reboud joined Westcon-Comstor earlier this year following more than two decades at Dell Technologies, where he held senior roles focused on mid-market growth and channel mobilisation. Initially tasked with leading European sales for Comstor, Westcon’s Cisco-focused business unit, Reboud will now oversee all Westcon and Comstor sales teams across Europe, including global customer sales teams operating in the region. He will continue to report to René Klein, Executive Vice President for Europe.

Based in France, Reboud brings international experience from previous roles in the UK, the Netherlands, and Hungary. His appointment reflects Westcon-Comstor’s broader strategy to unify regional sales leadership, a model already implemented in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. According to the company, those changes have delivered measurable growth and improved partner engagement.

In his expanded role, Reboud will focus on enhancing partner enablement by leveraging Westcon-Comstor’s full ecosystem of services and vendor capabilities. The unified structure is designed to maintain Comstor’s dedicated Cisco focus while improving collaboration and market reach across both lines of business.
