Toshiba Electronics Europe, Storage Products Division, has announced a new partnership with Titan Data Solutions, making them a direct partner for Toshiba Enterprise hard disk drives (HDDs) in the UK.
Titan Data Solutions, based in London, specialises in solutions for servers and storage, including for AI and advanced computing. This collaboration is intended to help Toshiba sell more high-capacity storage solutions to UK resellers and customers, especially in the enterprise, data centre, and cloud sectors.
Jeff Briggs, General Manager of Toshiba’s Storage Products Division, said: “Titan Data Solutions has a lot of experience in enterprise storage and a good record of supporting scalable solutions for a variety of customers, including data centres, cloud providers, and system integrators. Their focus on the customer fits well with Toshiba’s goals.”
The partnership allows Titan Data Solutions to offer Toshiba’s full line of Enterprise HDDs, which are designed for demanding workloads and large-scale storage environments. This includes drives for nearline (NAS), data centres, and surveillance.
Ben Jackson, CEO of Titan Data Solutions, said: “Demand for scalable storage continues to grow, and Toshiba’s Enterprise HDDs will help us provide reliable solutions for our customers.”
The partnership is now in effect. Titan Data Solutions has already added Toshiba’s Enterprise HDD products to its offerings.
