QBS Software has appointed Tom Corrigan as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), responsible for overseeing all revenue-related functions across its global operations.
The company reports that it has grown to over $600 million in recurring revenue over the past eight years and is now targeting $1 billion. QBS positions itself as a major software distributor in the EMEA region.
Corrigan has held senior roles at TD Synnex legacy firms Tech Data and Avnet, and most recently at Mimecast. He is known for his experience in software distribution and go-to-market strategy, with a focus on team development, long-term growth, and operational efficiency.
“I’m thrilled to have joined QBS as Global CRO,” said Corrigan, “and I am very much looking forward to learning the business and leading the commercial organisation. We are a software delivery platform, which is a compelling proposition to take to the Channel Ecosystem and the ISV community.
“QBS is one of the most exciting growth stories in European technology. The combination of scale, culture, clarity of strategy and executional discipline is rare, and I’m thrilled to be joining such a high-calibre team to help deliver the next chapter.”
The company has expanded its leadership team over the past year. Recent appointments include Kevin James and Alex Tatham as Non-Executive Directors; Thomas Kasper, former Managing Director of Tech Data DACH; Oliver Roth as Chief Commercial Officer; Charlie Heald as Chief Financial Officer from Softcat; and Alex Morrellis as Head of Operational Excellence from Danaher.
Dave Stevinson, CEO of QBS Software, said: “We’re building something truly special at QBS. Strengthening our leadership team with talent is critical as we build bench strength for the next stage in our journey – Tom is the perfect CRO to help us move faster, go further and do better. I’m delighted to welcome him to the team.”
