Lenovo unveils LEAP rewards for channel partners

Lenovo has launched the Lenovo 360 Expert Achievers Programme (LEAP), a new initiative to encourage UK channel growth by rewarding partner sales and support staff. Participants can earn points by selling eligible Lenovo products and completing training courses through Lenovo 360. These points can be exchanged for rewards such as gift cards or prepaid Lenovo Mastercards.

Natalie Noor, Director, UK&I Channel & SMB at Lenovo said: “LEAP reaffirms our long-standing commitment to our channel partners and their staff, with an initiative that rewards teams for both driving sales and growing their knowledge. With a simple rewards system accessible through the LEAP portal, staff receive rewards for their efforts, adding to a range of incentives supporting our valued partners to learn, sell, connect and grow with customers.”

LEAP is part of Lenovo’s broader strategy to offer partners access to training and resources that support sales efforts and technical skills development. The programme also includes a quarterly prize draw called Score BIG Incentive, where participants who reach certain point levels can win prizes including travel, shopping vouchers, and tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Winners will be announced quarterly until March 2026.

Employees at Lenovo partner organisations can sign up through the Lenovo 360 Partner Hub. Participation supports accreditation and sales tier progress under Lenovo’s channel framework.
