Panasonic TOUGHBOOK strengthens European service network

Panasonic Connect Europe has expanded its TOUGHBOOK support infrastructure by establishing two Service and Solutions centres in Cardiff and Budapest. Effective 1 April, this investment is set to enhance full lifecycle support for rugged mobile devices, from solution design and deployment to proactive servicing and fleet management.

The Cardiff centre, now a Service and Solutions hub, is extending its managed mobility services to support broader European operations. At the same time, Budapest serves as the main servicing centre for mainland Europe.

Donald Maidment, head of customer service at Panasonic Connect Europe, said: “We take full responsibility for the service and performance of our TOUGHBOOK devices. This investment reinforces that commitment, providing direct, full-lifecycle support.”
