HP expands AI-powered Workforce Experience Platform in the UK

HP is expanding the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) in the UK, a managed service designed to improve IT operations and employee engagement. The platform integrates AI-driven analytics, sentiment tracking and automation to provide organisations with data-driven insights into their IT environments.

WXP aims to help businesses enhance technology experiences for employees while streamlining IT management. It incorporates device intelligence, user feedback analysis and predictive lifecycle planning, enabling companies to make informed decisions about hardware upgrades, security measures and operational efficiency.

The platform offers a centralised dashboard that provides real-time insights into device health, system performance and employee satisfaction with workplace technology. AI-powered recommendations assist organisations in selecting appropriate technology for different roles, while predictive analytics support IT planning by identifying optimal refresh cycles based on usage data. IT administrators can also query system performance through natural language processing.

Security features, including integration with HP Wolf Security, aim to reduce manual helpdesk intervention and strengthen endpoint protection. HP has announced plans to expand WXP’s capabilities to support multiple operating systems and device manufacturers, extending visibility across IT infrastructures.
