Pax8 has opened its new EMEA Centre of Excellence, which aims to foster innovation and transform the businesses of partners and their customers with the latest advancements in AI technology. A new team has been created to drive the initiative, with Pax8 visionary Phylip Morgan taking on the position of senior vice president (SVP) marketplace and channel expansion, alongside Kevin MacDonald as vice president (VP) of strategic partnership and Eric Mink as VP of AI adoption.
A focus of the Centre of Excellence will be equipping Pax8 partners with tools and strategies, keeping them ahead of industry shifts and enabling them to capitalise on emerging trends. Pax8 will help partners develop intelligent agent solutions tailored to their needs and customers’ needs, alongside tools to harness AI for automation and customer interaction, creating future-ready services that ensure agility in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
