Next step in channel evolution for DWS and Giacom

Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS) has announced the launch of Cloud Market, a partner portal that promises to deliver a unified platform experience across its entire product portfolio. The companies within the DWS group which includes Giacom and Union Street technologies, have also united as one under the Giacom brand.

 Cloud Market brings together the power of the company’s four existing platforms into one place. With improvements including intuitive navigation, performance enhancements and the ability to explore all the company’s offers in one place, Giacom is making it increasingly easy for partners to deliver a broad range of products and services to customers.

 In 2020, DWS acquired Giacom and Union Street, bringing together three strong channel brands. Its vision has been to make life simpler for channel partners by becoming a single source supplier of comms, cloud, hardware, and billing services. The company has committed to preserving the things that made DWS, Giacom and Union Street great businesses to work with, whilst also creating potential to evolve into the future.

 While Giacom may be bigger in size and scale, the company has been quick to emphasise that it remains 100% partner-focussed and passionate about helping partners win and grow their business. Partners can expect the same high levels of service, as all teams and key contacts remain the same and will continue to assist partners just as before.
