Conversational AI innovator Boost.ai announces partner-led strategy for growth in the UK

Boost.ai, the leading conversational AI platform, has today announced an updated business strategy as it seeks to expand its presence in the UK market. The Norwegian-headquartered business will now prioritise the channel as its key route-to-market in the UK, with the ambition of achieving 70% of its revenue through its channel partners.

The shift towards a more channel-focussed approach is already underway for Boost.ai, as the conversational AI provider recently announced a new partnership with consulting firm Clarasys, to bring its transformational technology to a wider audience in the UK. This addition joins a growing portfolio of partners, including IT Services and Consulting company, Vonage.

It is a strategy that has worked well for the business too, with Boost.ai having proven success with a channel-first strategy for the Nordics. Currently, 70% of Boost.ai’s new revenue in the region comes through the channel. Nine of the ten largest banks in the Nordics are customers benefiting from its AI-powered virtual agents for either customer experience or internal use. Boost.ai has built productive partnerships in the Nordic region thanks to its channel success and has customers from across a wide range of industries, including banking (DNB, Nordea) retail (Kärcher), insurance (Tryg) and telecoms (Telenor).

Boost.ai has reliable and enterprise-ready virtual agents ready to fulfil business requirements, and the knowledge and expertise to build a bespoke conversational AI solution around the needs of its partners and customers. Unlike other conversational AI platforms in the market, Boost.ai’s no-code platform is straightforward to implement and can scale to meet user demands.

Jerry Haywood, CEO of Boost.ai, said “Boost.ai has only been in the UK market for a relatively short time, but in that time, we’ve seen the huge appetite from UK businesses for conversational AI solutions. We want as many organisations as possible to have access to our offering, so building new partnerships, like the one we have forged with Clarasys, is critical for expanding our audience and demonstrating how our technology can transform businesses across all industries.”

“Our partnerships with Vonage and Clarasys mark further progress toward our goals with the channel in the UK, and we are excited to develop more strategic partnerships over the course of this year in order to achieve our ambitions during this time of accelerated growth.”
