Tech Data has launched an installation service for printers and multi-function devices. Provided by qualified and trained engineers, the end-to-end service includes options for pre-delivery inspection, testing, network installation and training.
Printers and multi-functional devices can be delivered and installed as instructed and all waste packaging will be removed. Customers and partners will also have access to a dedicated support line with escalation to a Level 2 Support Desk included.
The installation service can be provided as part of a Tech-as-a-Service (TaaS) offering, allowing it to be paid for as part of a subscription package of products and services. It can also be offered alongside Tech Data’s OpenMPS managed print services proposition, which makes it very easy for partners to support the on-going needs of their customers – on a single device or an entire fleet of printers with fully managed supplies replenishment to any location in the UK.
