PCR Women of the Year returns with new categories

Now in it’s third year, thePCR Women of the Year is set to be bigger and better than ever for 2016, with a new set of awards.

Taking place on October 14th at Sway Bar, Holborn, the event once again looks to recognize achievements by the women in the industry.

Building on the huge success of last year’s event, the new awards have been expanded in a move we think covers the key job roles in the UK tech channel.

As with previous events, our event attempts to offer a counterweight to many tech awards shows, which if we’re all honest feature far, far more men on stage picking up gongs than women.

PCR Women of the Year’s goal is to make sure the trail-blazing female leaders of industry are recognized for their achievements, and this year we have a stronger focus on the inspiration recognizing these people can have on those starting out in the industry, with the introduction of the ‘Mentor of the Year’ award.
