Distributor Exertis has added momit smart thermostats to its SmartTech range of home automation products.
With the new technology developed by momit, you can install up to 20 thermostats for Zone Control as required, allowing you to control the temperature in each room or zone.
Through the app, you can change settings from anytime and anywhere from a mobile, tablet or computer. Using either its geolocation system or its presence sensor, it knows when you are away from the home and automatically turns off the heat to save on energy.
Its sensor detects changes in night and day to optimise the heating system and the thermostat uses consumption habits to automatically adjust the temperature according to user preferences.
momit even lets you take control of your energy bills with its My Budget feature which enables you to set a monthly budget and stay within the budget.
