Distributor Entatech has announced it is now supplying the iStick, an Apple MFi approved USB flash drive with a lightning connector.
The device allows users to quickly transfer data without the need for iTunes, the web or a wireless network.
Developed with a USB 2.0 connector as well as an Apple lightning connector, iStick can connect iOS devices and computers.
The flash drive is cased in a lightweight aluminium design and is also compatible with an iPad and iPod. In addition, the iStick can backup files and act as an expandable storage source for an iPhone.
Dave Stevinson, MD at Entatech, said: “This is a great product with a genuine use case, and we foresee it being a big success, particularly over the festive period.”
Available in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB or 128GB capacities, users can also download the free iStick app to view stored data.
Plus, the app also supports a variety of audio, video and image formats, as well as offering a backup solution for all items saved.
This news comes after the distributor announced an agreement with PC manufacturer Getac. The firm’s products are designed for outdoor working and feature dual-battery power and power management for prolonged use.
