Acquires assets from Antech Direct including YOYOTech, after firm's liquidation

Centerprise acquires PC and gaming brand YOYOTech

Centerprise International announced today that it’s acquired certain assets of Antech Direct Ltd (In Liquidation),including the multi-award winning brand YOYOTech.

YOYOTech, which had a retail shop in London, went into voluntary liquidation two weeks ago. It was well known for customised PCs and gaming performance products and its fans left several notes on the firm’s Facebook page following its demise.

Now the brand – note, not the shop/retail business itself – has been acquired by Centerprise International.

Centerprise International, recognised as one of the largest IT providers in the UK, believes the acquisition of YOYOTech’s assets is a significant step forward for both parties.

Garry Stevens, Group CEO of the growing Centerprise Group said: “YOYOTech, as a brand, has an excellent reputation across the channel and we are confident that with our backing it has the potential to get bigger and better”.
