KnowBe4 has named Kurt Mills as its new channel chief, strengthening the company’s global partner strategy as it scales programmes, teams and enablement across the channel.
The Leeds‑based digital workforce security vendor said Mills will lead the evolution of its partner programmes, operations and routes to market, reflecting a wider investment in its ecosystem. Mills brings more than 25 years of experience in channel leadership, having held senior roles at Check Point Software Technologies, Mimecast, FireMon and Blue Coat Systems. His background includes building high‑performing teams and partner networks through IPOs, acquisitions and periods of rapid expansion.
Bryan Palma, CEO of KnowBe4, said the appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to partner‑led growth. “Kurt’s deep channel expertise, proven ability to scale high‑performing teams, and track record of building long‑term partner value will be instrumental as we expand our market reach,” he said.
Mills joins a growing channel leadership team that includes recent vice president appointments Neill Burton and John Noha, both supporting global initiatives. KnowBe4 said the expanded team will focus on equipping partners with the programmes, tools and resources needed to capture new opportunities and deliver greater value to customers as partners take on a more central role in the customer lifecycle.
“Joining the KnowBe4 team at this critical point in the company’s growth is an incredible opportunity,” Mills said. “I’ve built my career on creating focused, measurable and engaged teams that drive mutual success for organisations and their partners. I am thrilled to team up with everyone at KnowBe4 to scale our partner programmes, deepen our relationships across VARs, MSPs, SIs, distributors and tech partners, and fuel our next phase of global growth.”
