KnowBe4 has named FinTech veteran Andrew Kanzer as its new chief growth officer, strengthening the leadership team as the digital workforce security provider enters its next phase of expansion.
Kanzer will report directly to CEO Bryan Palma and take charge of KnowBe4’s global go‑to‑market strategy, with a remit to drive cross‑functional alignment and support sustainable growth across the channel.
With more than 20 years’ experience scaling international software organisations, Kanzer has built a reputation for reshaping traditional sales operations into agile, platform‑focused models and guiding companies through complex market shifts.
Palma said Kanzer’s background made him a strong fit for KnowBe4’s ambitions. “Andrew has spent his career proving that global organisations can grow with the speed and disruption of a startup. His relentless drive and operational vision will be key as we extend our market leadership position.”
Kanzer previously served as managing director at Xero, the cloud accounting platform. He has also led Intuit’s Mid Market and Financial Services Sales organisations and held the vice president global SMB and mid market sales role at PayPal.
Commenting on his appointment, Kanzer said the convergence of human behaviour, AI agents and cybersecurity represented “the most exciting frontier in tech today”. He added: “KnowBe4 is already the market leader and I look forward to leveraging data‑driven sales architectures and innovative go‑to‑market strategies to help organisations globally secure their digital workforces.”
