TD Synnex has released AI Game Plan, a new workshop framework within its Destination AI programme. The initiative is designed to help partners translate artificial intelligence opportunities into practical business outcomes for their customers.
The company’s latest Direction of Technology report shows that nearly half of partners struggle to demonstrate customer-specific value when implementing AI. AI Game Plan addresses this challenge by providing a structured workshop process that moves from discovery to prioritisation and activation. Partners work with customers to identify pain points where AI could improve efficiency, assess feasibility and impact, and conclude with a focused roadmap of initiatives ready for implementation.
Sergio Farache, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer at TD Synnex, said the framework is intended to help partners move beyond exploratory discussions and toward measurable results. Marty Mackey, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CMA Technology Solutions, noted that the approach has already provided clarity in early customer conversations by highlighting where AI can deliver meaningful impact.
AI Game Plan is available globally to partners in the “AI Ready” and “AI Expert” tiers of Destination AI™, complementing TD Synnex’s broader enablement services aimed at supporting adoption across the IT channel.
