Firevault, a British cybersecurity startup, has introduced a secure offline platform, designed to help IT resellers, unified communications providers, and managed services providers (MSPs) protect clients from cybercrime while unlocking new revenue streams and long-term retention opportunities.
The platform was developed in response to a growing number of avoidable breaches, regulatory fines, and reputational damage affecting businesses across sectors. “Too many good businesses are being dragged under by breaches they could have avoided,” said Mark Fermor, Co-Founder of Firevault. “Firevault gives directors and operators certainty and control. If it’s offline and disconnected, it can’t be scanned, stolen, or ransomed.”
David Bailey, Co-Founder, added: “For the channel, Firevault is designed as an enabler. Partners can adopt it internally, resell it externally, and build services around it. That means more value to clients and more commercial opportunity to the channel.”
Firevault’s offline-first architecture is designed to eliminate exposure points by disconnecting sensitive data from networks entirely. The platform includes three core solutions. Vault is a secured offline digital vault for directors, shareholders, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals. It protects board papers, contracts, financial records, identity documents, investments, intellectual property, and archives. Each vault is identity-locked to a single verified owner and available in 2TB, 4TB, and 8TB models starting at £360 per month. Backup Vault and Vault Buddy are included for continuity.
Storage is Firevault’s scalable offline data system for enterprises and industries. It keeps crown-jewel, commercial, and customer data disconnected and unreachable, acting as the ‘0’ in the 3-2-1-0 backup model. Firevault claims this approach delivers significant risk reduction and more than 30% operational savings compared with connected systems.
FV-PaaS, Firevault’s offline-first platform-as-a-service, includes nine modules designed for governments, enterprises, and critical infrastructure operators. It enables sovereign-grade resilience across multiple sites and geographies.
For channel partners, Firevault offers a subscription-based model that integrates into managed service contracts. It allows partners to wrap consultancy, compliance support, and other services around the platform, creating new margin opportunities and differentiation. By filling the offline gap in existing security frameworks, Firevault helps partners expand their service portfolios and build long-term trust with clients through demonstrable protection rather than dashboard metrics alone.
