Giacom launches unique Azure offer and support package

Giacom has unveiled its new Azure practice, including a bespoke training and wrap-around support service and exclusive partnership with the CloudBolt management platform.

Giacom’s proposition has been developed to enable managed service providers (MSP) to unlock the potential of Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing platform. It will allow them to build their own Azure solution, with expert training and support on demand, to grow their businesses without upscaling. Giacom has scaled and invested, so its partners don’t have to.

Giacom’s Azure practice is built on four key pillars:

• Simplified Azure management, reporting and security monitoring through Giacom’s exclusive partnership with CloudBolt. This will give MSPs improved insight, increased visibility, easier management and superior on-demand reporting, as well as enhanced security and compliance management.
• Giacom’s dedicated support team of Azure specialists. From Pre-Sales Engineers through to Solutions Architects, the team will support its partners with their Azure proposition.
• Bespoke training, from sales to technical. Giacom will provide one-to-one or virtual training to upskill its partners’ teams in the areas they need most. It will also keep them up-to-date with all the latest Azure developments from Microsoft for a scalable and profitable proposition.
• Marketing and commercialisation. Giacom will support with everything from sales, marketing and commercial advice, to creating their own Azure solution that can be scaled.
