Agilitas launches multi-vendor desktop and laptop support

Channel services provider Agilitas IT Solutions has launched its new desktop and laptop support service, which will provide Agilitas’ channel partners with an up to four hour SLA parts and engineer swap out service across the whole of the UK,

Supporting many of the leading manufacturers of both desktop and laptop products, Agilitas will provide and deliver replacement parts for IT assets in age categories from one year to 6+ years. This extends the life of IT assets, and extends the OPEX model, delaying the CAPEX on behalf of customers by several years. Partners can also upgrade the service by adding an engineer to the support contract should their customer so wish.

Users can quote for this service via Agilitas’ AssureMeNow tool, the first of its kind pricing portal that Agilitas launched earlier this year.

As part of this desktop and laptop support service, Agilitas will provide and deliver OEM grade parts across all hardware as well as highly skilled field engineers. The service can also provide imaging across all devices before being sent to the customer site.

“We are excited to expand our service offering into the workplace arena through our latest desktop and laptop support solution,” commented Shaun Lynn, CEO, Agilitas.

“With this launch, we are equipping our channel partners with the necessary tools to add this robust solution to their services portfolio, enabling them to expand their own offerings in a simple and easy way. This solution also provides our channel partners with another opportunity to expand their annuity services.”

Agilitas’ desktop and laptop service supports an extensive list of vendors, including: HP, Sony, Lenovo, Dell, Acer, Toshiba, Asus, and Fujitsu.
