Westcoast has outlined its leadership transition plans as part of the next phase of its integration with ALSO, with Regional Managing Director Sunil Madhani set to hand over his responsibilities on 31 December 2026. He will continue to lead the business until that date to ensure continuity throughout the changeover.
The confirmed succession team comprises Martha Perez as Co-Regional Managing Director, Phil Bell as Chief Customer Officer UK & Ireland, Stane Brlecic as Solutions Director and George Woolley as Finance Director.
Since entering its partnership with ALSO, Westcoast has reported strong growth across the UK and Ireland, supported by sales performance, digital platforms, vendor expansion and wider ecosystem development.
The ongoing transformation plans aim to strengthen operational excellence, reinforce Westcoast’s position in both markets and deepen its integration within ALSO’s ecosystem.
