Canon launches Canon United campaign to unify its full technology portfolio

Canon UK & Ireland has introduced Canon United, a campaign designed to present its full portfolio as a single connected offering spanning hardware, software, services, media, and consumables. The initiative aims to show how combining the right technology and expertise can support organisations as they navigate increasingly complex business environments.

Canon United uses a football analogy built around four principles – a united team, match-day readiness, ongoing support, and shared commitment. The message is that every part of a team has a distinct role, but performance is strongest when those parts work together. Canon says the same applies to business technology, with the campaign encouraging organisations to move away from managing disconnected products and suppliers.

The campaign brings together Canon’s end‑to‑end capabilities, from image capture to output. It highlights how connecting print, document workflow and information management solutions can improve visibility, automate manual tasks, strengthen security, reduce costs and create more efficient working practices. Canon says this can help organisations respond to changing customer needs, explore new opportunities and build long‑term resilience.

Khalid Aziz, Marketing & Commercial Planning Director at Canon UK & Ireland, said: “Why football? Because the best teams succeed when the individuals within it come together as one. Everyone knows the role they need to play, but they also understand how they can support and work alongside each other to create a stronger, more robust team.

“We’ve built a starting line‑up that works together so customers can spend less time managing their kit and more time focusing on winning. Canon United is about giving our customers and our Partners the team around them to keep moving forward.”

Canon United was launched at the company’s first Leadership Summit, where senior business leaders discussed organisational performance and resilience amid rapid technological change. Sessions covered the future of work, cybersecurity and AI adoption, alongside the role of leadership and strategic partnerships. Speakers included futurist Richard Watson, cybersecurity specialist Sarah Armstrong‑Smith, Canon EMEA’s Quentyn Taylor and Dr Cath Bishop, who explored lessons from elite sport and business.
